At Folly Golf Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The item must be purchased directly from our website.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) must be provided.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY
Certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items include, but are not limited to:
- Golf balls once used.
- Personalized items, such as custom golf apparel or embroidered accessories.
- Gift cards and any promotional or discount items.
- Sale or clearance items: These are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@follygolf.com. - Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@follygolf.com to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund instead.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@follygolf.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damaged item to assess the issue and guide you on the next steps for a return, exchange, or refund.
In the case of damaged or defective items, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
LATE RETURNS
If your return request falls outside of the 30-day return window, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. In some cases, we may offer store credit, but this is at our discretion.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international orders, the return process remains the same, but you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, international customers may be subject to customs fees or taxes when returning products. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
